Lawsuits

With the world full of people caught up in the legal mindset, there are lawsuits being flung around in every direction.  While there are bound to be irrelevant cases towards Wal-Mart, there are still a good number of valid cases that further the fact that the company may be practicing poor employment habits.  Here, I will list a few of these examples, with descriptions, outcomes, and links to where the entire read can be found.

Description: Company underpays employee filling in for a higher position. Employee let go from company on claims disputed, and said to be by gender discrimination.

Outcome: Jury awards employee 2 million dollars for damages.
