I am a student attending Washington State University writing about this topic through the class of CES 440. The personal reasons for choosing this topic are to find out for myself how large companies treat the driving force of their stores. Wal-Mart was chosen for its main prominence in the topic of employee relations through the media, and the fact that these stores are near most everyone which makes the company easy to relate to.
